My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maggie is a Chihuahua/Dachshund Mix, or a Chiweenie that was born in the beginning of 2016. She is absolutely adorable and loves to play with her little doggy friends. She has been vaccinated, crate trained, walks on a leash and is ready to start her new life with her new family. Is that you?1?

Maggie was having problems with housebreaking when she first came to us but is doing well now. It is all about guidance and giving her opportunities to do the right thing. She wants to please. She is a sweet sweet little girl that is very loving and playful with the children in her home but does get overwhelmed by kids under 3 years of age. You would be too if you were so tiny, she weighs just under 6 pounds.

Maggie is a very good snuggler and loves to sit on your lap or in a cozy pillow bed. She is not a candidate for a puppy pen because she is also an expert climber and can easily scale a 4 foot pen!!
