Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Amazing Stevie is hoping for an equally amazing human to be his long term foster after surgery to remove a benign tumor.. 2-3 year old sweetheart Stevie was found tied to a post in Pierce County. His rescuers managed contacted his owner, only to find that they did not want him. So Stevie was taken to a Pierce County Human in hopes that he would find a forever home where he was wanted and loved. Stevie has now been at the shelter for over a month. During this time, it was determined that he has some neurological issues, which indicate a this tumor which will be removed. So Stevie needs to be in a home environment. Stevie has to wear booties on his feet, as he has a very special walk due to his health issues and needs that extra support. He is so super sweet, affectionate and silly. He loves being outdoors and loves being with you. Stevie is 2 to 3 year-old pit/boxer mix who absolutely loves people and even though he likes other dogs, his recuperation needs to be a calm environment. Stevie weighs 60lbs and knows his basic commands and walks well on a leash. He is neutered and fully vaccinated. Any follow ups visits or medications would be paid. The comfort and quality of life you would provide for him would be priceless and taking him into your home would make such a sad situation so much better. If you would more info on doing a wonderful thing by helping little Stevie, please contact Terry at luckydog115@gmail.com. Stevie needs your help and he will give you back so much more in love and gratitude and companionship – and that’s a priceless gift!
