Lucy's Story...
This little girl is Lucy an approximately3 to 4 year old Shih tzu lady.( 18 lbs). she got surrendered to us today. A lady claimed that she found her a week ago and couldn't afford a second dog. In the next sentence she asked us if we would have Rottweilers because she wanted one. So how come you surrender a dog to us because you can.t afford it and then asked us for another one. Smh... however.. she gave us the rabies vaccine papers she had on Lucy with her own name on it which were given in April... well we all know.. April is longer then a week ago. If you don.t want your dog anymore just tell us the truth and maybe you can give us some history on the dog.... LUCY is now with us and is just a delight. She is fantastic and super sweet. Housebroken and wonderful with people, kids and other dogs. What a doll.. welcome Lucy from here on life will be nothing but amazing for you.
Her adoption fee is $ 350 which includes all her vaccines, heartworm test, spay micro chip and a fresh grooming.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucy, a Lawrenceville Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Lawrenceville, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Lawrenceville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lawrenceville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lawrenceville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lawrenceville paves the way for another one to be saved.
