Scarlett is a 35 LB, 2 year old, Shepherd/ probably Besenji mix, who was dumped at the shelter with 7 newborn puppies. Scarlett is a gentle, very submissive, exceptionally quiet, obedient (even off leash), young adult. She loves to play, but calms down quickly, is house trained, great on a leash, and good with children, other dogs and cats. Scarlett will make a wonderful addition to the right family! $175.00 (adoption fee includes her spay, a microchip, all shots, and several wormings).THESE PUPPIES ARE IN NORTH TAMPA. Please consider 1 of our 7, Shepherd mix babies! Scarlett (also on our sites) and babies came out of a south Florida kill shelter, where they were dumped shortly after birth. We have 3 boys and 4 girls, who will likely be in the 50 LB range fully grown. Each baby has a unique and engaging personality! Mom is a Shepherd, probably Basenji mix, and is a wonderful dog and an excellent mother. Unfortunately, we have no idea who Dad was, but based on the appearance of the puppies, we believe he had longer fur, and may have been a Shepherd mix as well. Puppies are available for pre-adoption now, and will be able to go home when they are 8 weeks old, the first week of August. $250.00 includes the spay/ neuter, a microchip, all puppy shots, and several wormings. We require that all of our dogs be kept on excellent quality food, be cherished members of the family, and kept on monthly heartworm prevention.
