Meet your new companion, Frankie! Frankie is a very loving and affectionate boy. He loves being with people and he loves meeting new people: he has never met a stranger. He gets along beautifully with other dogs and cats, as well as children, and ALL people. Although he is ten years old, Frankie is quite active, and he is 100% potty trained. At times he plays, briefly. He follows his foster family around the house as they move from room to room, he loves to keep current on what's going on with everyone :). He loves going outside and enjoys laying on the deck or grass, and he enjoys exploring a fenced in yard.
Frankie loves going on walks every day and he does very well on the leash. His patella issues don't slow him down at all, and he loves going for car rides.
He will sometimes chew on a rawhide chew stick but he hardly ever finishes one. He enjoys the tiny, mini dog biscuits as a treat. He's also very fond of peanut butter. He does not like being crated and he does fine outside of a crate at night and when no one is home. He usually sleeps on a dog bed or a chair when he takes his naps. He would love to have a lap to lay in. He doesn't like thunder. Although he doesn't shake with fear, he does stay very close during a storm. Frankie barks when he has a reason, such as another dog walking by our house. However, he doesn't bark excessively. Frankie's dream home would include someone who is home a lot. He is simply a wonderful boy who will make someone a loving and devoted companion! Frankie is fully vaccinated, he has had a dental, he is neutered and microchipped.
