Andy is a young female, sweet, happy and energetic Jack Russell Terrier mix. She is one of 29 dogs rescued from a horrible hoarding situation in Miami. She lived in a crate 24/7 with another Jack Russell Terrier mix, was never let out, has never had real human contact and no love. Andy is ready for his loving and caring forever home.
