Milton's Story...
My name is Milton. Have you seen my nylabone? They took t in the big move. Anyways, I am a 1 year old and 9lb chihuahua terrier.

My Foster Mama says I'm sweet. Well...ok if she says so I must be! I'm very sociable and playful too, especially with other dogs, toys, and even nylabones! I would definitely do well as an only dog or as a pair (or trio) of dogs!

I am neutered, current on my shots, microchipped, dewormed, heart worm tested, and seen by a vet to be sure I'm healthy and happy to join your family! My adoption fees are $300. If you'd like to put an application in for me, please email calicanrescue@gmail.com and CaliCan Rescue will email you to arrange a telephone call!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Milton, a Edmonton Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Edmonton, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Edmonton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edmonton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edmonton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edmonton paves the way for another one to be saved.
