JP-Adopted!'s Story...
They don't come much cuter than this, do they? JP and his brother PJ are searching for their FurEver families where they can stay together. JP is a terrier with the personality of one: thinks he is a bigger than he is, loves to play, adventure, happy-go-lucky, curious, and more than anything, a very loving dog. He and his brother love to play, just give them a rope and they'll play with that until it frays completely. He loves to snuggle and to kiss and is not afraid of new people, in fact, he loves meeting new potential friends (especially new dogs). He is looking for a home where he and his brother PJ can play and be loved by their forever family. JP is learning his basic commands and is almost housetrained. Approx DOB 5/20/16

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JP-Adopted!, a Detroit Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Detroit, or seeking a Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Detroit.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Detroit already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Detroit breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Detroit paves the way for another one to be saved.
