Toby is perfection! This gorgeous young boy is a yorkie/shih tzu mix who is need of a loving home. He is one of 29 dogs rescued from a horrible hoarding situation in Miami. He was kept in a small crate 24/7, was never let out, has never had real human contact and no love. He has been vetted, neutered, groomed and is now ready to be part of a family.
