Meet adorable Aubrey! the adorable 18 pound Border terrier Corgi Dachshund mix puppy! Aubrey is approximately 1yr old. Spayed, and vully vaccinated and microchipped.
She will require puppy class to master basics and recall along with family bonding. Aubrey is playful, but can be intimated by large breed dogs. She is crate trained but prefers not to be in a crate. She can only be crated for shor periods of time. She is young and may need to potty every 2-3 hours. Aubrey is a rescue, and will need time to adjust to her new home. We don't know Aubrey's history. She is a rescue dog and she will need patience and positive guidance. Sometimes she is fearful of a crate and other times she is fine. We are working on confidence building and are seeking a home that will continue to work witg her so she will flourish.
Aubrey would benefit from a stay at home person or doggy daycare to help continue her success. She is not a dog for a first time adopte. We are seeking a experienced adopter with past puppy experience. Aubrey is adorable, friendly and will be a great pal for a engaging, semi-active family. She would love a home that has another dog to play with. Soicalization and daily play time are required. She is not a dog for a 1st time dog owner, or couch potato. Aubrey will require plenty of time, patience, and positive training. She is smart and is going to make a great addition to the right family.
Aubrey will melt your heart with her puppy dog eyes. She is current with all vaccines, microchipped and heart worm negative. Aubrey has minimal grooming requirements, daily brushing, bi-weekly bathing, and nail trims every 6 weeks to keep her tidy. She is seeking a home with a fully fenced yard and would love another small to medium size sporty dog to play with. Aubrey is active and will require daily walks and play time. If you are away from the home longer than 4 hours a dog walker or day care is required. The dogs we rescue are from CA high kill shelters and can not be left outside unattended. Aubrey was picked up as a stray in CA we do not know his past history. The dogs we rescue are "as is" adoption fee: 550 Includes 30 days free pet insurance, neuter, micro-chip,flea treatment, heart-worm test negative, and health certificate.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

"Aubrey", a Seattle Border Terrier/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Terrier/Corgi for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Border Terrier/Corgi dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Terrier/Corgi breeders who help with Border Terrier/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
