Baxter's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Baxter's Story...
scruffy, sassy, silly, boy in need of a special home

OH Baxter!! Baxter is a 'special needs' dog because he needs a very specific situation for a happy life.  Baxter will love his person VERY much and will be able to build a very special, devoted relationship.

However, Baxter does not react well to new people and people entering his home.  This doesn't mean he won't be a lovely best friend.  It just means he needs a home with an understanding that the crate is his place, when anyone will be coming into his home.

Baxter is WONDERFUL with other dogs.  He loves to play and have fun and be silly.  He will also greet his person with full body hugs and snuggles and a happy wiggly bootie.

With a managed situation as described, Baxter will reward you with GOBS of HAPPINESS and LOVE.

We realize this situation will be a needle in a haystack to find.  If you can provide Baxter with such a home, PLEASE consider giving him a try!!! He really really needs a hero!!!!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baxter, a Cedar Creek Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Cedar Creek, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Cedar Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cedar Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cedar Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cedar Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
