Tundra's Story...
Hey ladies, I'm Tundra. I am extremely intelligent, enjoy early morning runs and sports. If you're ever cold and I really really like you, you can come snuggle next to me. I promise you'll never be chilly again! I am a very mature 4-year old who is ready to find my real forever home. I would prefer adults only because intellectual conversations are important to me. I need a companion who wants to spend the majority of their day with me since I become very attached. I do enjoy the company of female dogs, some call me a ladies man. So, if you are single and ready to mingle I am waiting for you at the Texas Humane Heroes Killeen adoption center.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tundra, a Killeen Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Killeen, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Killeen.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Killeen already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Killeen breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Killeen paves the way for another one to be saved.
