ChiChi is unaware that her previous owner's attempt to crop her ears was a DIY failure. She wears her unique look with pride and it's that kind of "lemons into lemonade" spirit that makes her so endearing. This ultra sweet and friendly 1-year-old lives and loves to play, and she'll play with anything -- people, dogs, toys, cats, kids, her food bowl. ChiChi is 30. lbs. and appears to be a Hound and Terrier mix. She's full of energy and having a yard to run, and a family to play with, will make her happiest.
