Gypsy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Gypsy's Story...
Meet Gypsy...an approximately 3-5 year old spayed female Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix. Gypsy came to us about 6 weeks ago with a broken pelvis. Thankfully she did not require surgery but has been on strict crate rest for healing. She is doing very well in her foster home and she gets along great with other dogs and older children. She currently weighs around 9 pounds. Gypsy has healed nicely and is ready for her forever home.

A home with no children under the age of 10 and no large dogs is best for her.

She is up for adoption through Swampy Paws and her adoption fee is $150 which includes all vaccinations, dewormer, flea/heartworm prevention, heartworm test, vet check, x-rays and spay.

A fenced yard and home visit are REQUIRED to adopt.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gypsy, a Killian Chihuahua/Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Rat Terrier for sale in Killian, or seeking a Chihuahua/Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Killian.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Killian already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Killian breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Rat Terrier breeders who help with Chihuahua/Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Killian paves the way for another one to be saved.
