My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

SALLY is a 3 year old spayed black female Lab who weighs 71 pounds but she needs to lose about 10/12 of those pounds. Sally is friendly but a bit scared and lost at the shelter without her previous owner. She was very good with her former owner and used to walk right along with her between the woman’s leg and her walker. She wasn’t hyper with her at all. Sally has been fine around other dogs at the shelter. We don’t know how Sally is with cats. Sally was an owner surrender to the shelter, because her owner was a woman in her 90’s who was getting dementia and couldn’t keep her. Sally comes from the country and has no exposure to big cities. Placement is limited to stand alone, single family homes in a suburban neighborhood or rural area. There’s no kid history for Sally, so she’s approved for kids ages 10+. More info soon!!!
