I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, not good with kids, and not good with cats.
Luke is a beautiful 2 year Samoyed. He is very sweet, but needs to be in an adult home only. Luke is partially blind (genetic) but navigates around the house very, very well. Luke is very house trained, and walks great on the leash. He would do okay with and older well behaved dog in the home. Luke should go to someone with Samoyed breed experience.
Please fill out an application if you are interested in meeting this very special boy. His adoption fee is $250.00
Lucky Dog Rescue came into existence after one individual started saving one dog at a time back in late March of 2004. It began as a Dalmatian rescue, originally named Phoenix Dalmatian Station.
After seeing so many nice, highly adoptable dogs sitting in concrete cells in the county shelters, being put to sleep when no one came to the rescue, it quickly evolved into an all breed commitment, and we began saving several other breeds and mixes too! We are now a growing group of dog lovers who help all breeds and are committed to giving dogs a second chance at finding a forever home.
Come Meet Our Pets...
Our dogs can be seen at weekly adoption events throughout the valley or by appointment. Please visit http://www.luckydogrescue.org for the most current information.
Our current adoption fee for adults (> 8 months old) is $250 and for puppies (< 8 months old) the fee is $300. The Adoption fee for senior dogs (7+ years) is $200. These fees cover the vaccines, microchipping, neuter/spay surgery, county license, and vet check for the dog.
Before an adoption can take place we do require that all potential adopters fill out an application. Once the application has been approved a home visit may be conducted. All adopters must sign a contract in order to finalize the adoption. Go to http://www.luckydogrescue.org/adoption-center/dogs to find a dog and submit an application.

Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
