This darling lady has had a rough life and deserves to spend the remaining years of her life with a loving, kind, and deserving family. She was surrendered at the county shelter, reason unknown, and was scheduled to be put to sleep based on the length of time she was there with no interest. Here was this huge smiling, silver faced, sweetheart with a yellow flower on her neck, going to be euthanized based on no interest. After being spotted on one of the rescue pages, pleading for help we knew we had to do something to save her life. She is now safe with Lucky Dog Rescue, safe waiting for the perfect family to choose her. Gracie is about 10 years old, 55 pounds of daintiness, she is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. She should be the only dog in a house hold as she deserves all the attention in the world. She walks great on a leash, loves belly rubs and wants to be by your feet at all times. She would do best in a home that will shower her with love and give her the attention she desperately craves. If you are interested in Gracie fill out an application.

About Lucky Dog Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Lucky Dog Rescue came into existence after one individual started saving one dog at a time back in late March of 2004. It began as a Dalmatian rescue, originally named Phoenix Dalmatian Station.

After seeing so many nice, highly adoptable dogs sitting in concrete cells in the county shelters, being put to sleep when no one came to the rescue, it quickly evolved into an all breed commitment, and we began saving several other breeds and mixes too! We are now a growing group of dog lovers who help all breeds and are committed to giving dogs a second chance at finding a forever home.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our dogs can be seen at weekly adoption events throughout the valley or by appointment. Please visit http://www.luckydogrescue.org for the most current information.

Our Adoption Process...

Our current adoption fee for adults (> 8 months old) is $250 and for puppies (< 8 months old) the fee is $300. The Adoption fee for senior dogs (7+ years) is $200. These fees cover the vaccines, microchipping, neuter/spay surgery, county license, and vet check for the dog.

Before an adoption can take place we do require that all potential adopters fill out an application. Once the application has been approved a home visit may be conducted. All adopters must sign a contract in order to finalize the adoption.
