Facts about Gordon

  • Breed: Bulldog/German Shepherd Dog Mix
  • Color: Black - With Tan, Yellow Or Fawn
  • Age: Senior
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Male
Gordon is a quiet, easygoing senior mixed breed male- we're guessing shepherd/bulldog/maybe some hound mix in him. He was a stray, so we don't know exactly how old he is, but he is definitely a senior- and a loving, affectionate one at that! You won't be disappointed with him as a companion, but he would do best in a quieter type of home without other dogs. Right now he is thin and lanky, but with a little time and some extra nutrition, he'll be in top form. He walks well on a leash and rides well in the car. He's a very laidback, hang around the house kind of dog. He is crate trained, but doesn't need one. He is neutered and current on vaccines, and microchipped. If you can offer Gordon a home to call his own, please fill out an application at our site @ www.PeisandStrays.com. Please note that he is located in a foster home in Vermont.

About Peis & Strays

About Our Rescue Group...

Peis and Strays is a non-profit all-volunteer organization. It was established by a small group of individuals in the New England area with the intent of helping Chinese Shar Pei find loving homes.

Peis and Strays relies on donations, fund-raising activities and adoption fees for its income. We do not receive any state or federal funds. All donations directly benefit the dogs in our adoption program. We are a 501c3 organization, so your donations are tax deductible. We are always in need of donations and committed volunteers like ourselves. For more information about us, please email us at: info@peisandstrays.com

Come Meet Our Pets...

We do not have a shelter in any specific location, all of our dogs are cared for by foster families in their homes, across New England. Since the dogs are all cared for by private foster families, we ask that the adopter fill out an application before they meet a dog, to show that they are truly interested in adopting.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process includes an application (http://www.peisandstrays.com/adoptions.php), a home visit and the vet reference. Further information about our adoption policies are located at: http://www.peisandstrays.com/adoptinfo.php.
