My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smokey is an adorable, little 7.5 year-old little yorkie boy. He is only 6 pounds of sweetness. Smokey is being fostered in The Villages, FL.






Smokey's adoption fee is $350 and includes all vetting (neuter/spay, dental cleaning, immunizations, microchip and chip registration). A Vet reference, personal references, and home visit are required for adoption. You may apply to adopt Smokey by going to our website at www.unitedyorkierescue.org and completing the adoption application located on our home page.



Smokey has been in his foster home for a month now, and has settled in. His foster parent has learned that Smokey loves short walks and long naps.



Smokey needs a forever home where he is not left alone for more than a few hours at a time. He needs to go outside every couple of hours so he doesn't have an accident in the house. Smokey is very smart and will sit and do a few tricks. He has a wonderful disposition, but would prefer not to be in a crate. Smokey loves laps and being stroked and cuddled.



Smokey is a very sweet Yorkie. He had his dental and he now has beautiful teeth. He is up to date on all his vaccinations and has been neutered and chipped. Smokey is ready for his forever home. He would be a wonderful fellow for someone wanting a sweet, loving pup to cuddle and kiss.
