say hello to Bud. He is a sweet young lab mix...who has had a rough go of it. Bud was adopted through us when he was just 3 months old. He went to live in a home that unfortunately let their young child and older dog TERROIRIZE him. Poor Bud developed such anxiety. Luckily we were able to get Bud back and he is now in a wonderful foster home in Haverhill, MA where he is building his confidence and security. Bud will make a FABULOUS companion to some lucky family (a family with either no children or older children) Would you like to meet Bud to see if you are that family? Please email us at email@example.com for more information and an application.
Rookies Rescue helps abused, abandoned, neglected and injured pets from the southeast region. Most of the petswere rescued from animal control facilities or shelters where they were going to be killed. When a pet comes to Rookie's rescue, it is assessed for any medical or behavior issues. All issues (if there are any) are addressed and corrected PRIOR to adoption. There will be no suprises for you when you bring home your new family member. All pets are fully vetted; spayed/neutered, vaccinated, current on rabies, heartworm test (if age appropriate). We work with the pet on basic training skills, leash training, crat training and house training. It is our mission to help educate people about responsible pet ownership with SPAYING AND NEUTERING the number one priority.
