Frankie's Story...
Frankie is Sachee's baby boy. She's a six pound Papillion, he's a mix of God knows what. He is her size at 12 weeks old. But the disposition of Frankie is exactly like his mother. Sweet, friendly, playful and aiming to please. We'd like to keep them together. Their story with us started when their owner went to prison and they were signed over to a shelter. We are working on training and giving him lots of love and confidence a young pup needs. A home with the space, yard and time to give to them is key. Older children is fine, little kids not so much. If you think your household and lifestyle can accommodate these two, please contact me at 517 294 4514 or email me at marlas2468@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frankie, a Ypsilanti Papillon puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Papillon for sale in Ypsilanti, or seeking a Papillon puppy from a breeder in Ypsilanti.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ypsilanti already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ypsilanti breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Papillon breeders who help with Papillon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ypsilanti paves the way for another one to be saved.
