Here's what the humans have to say about me:
COURTESY LISTING for EMILY. This dog is not at Oregon Dachshund Rescue. For information please contact Linda Turner llturne123@gmail.com
EMILY is a senior female Dachshund who is looking for a kind, loving forever family to live out the rest of her forevers with. EMILY has lived with the same family since she was a puppy, but due to unforeseen circumstances, they have asked ODR, Inc. to help her find a new loving home. EMILY is leash trained and loves to love and be loved. She is experiencing failing vision and as a result has some anxiety for which she takes Medicine. If you have room in your heart and home for this lovely senior lady, please reach out.
Please note that this is a Courtesy Listing for a doxie that is NOT at Oregon Dachshund Rescue, Inc, ODR-Inc cannot make any guarantees or claims about this doxie...we are just helping to network him and help them find his forever family. For information, please contact Linda Turner llturne123@gmail.com directly.
ODR, INC. ADOPTION CRITERIA (aka Our Fine Print):
Based on 30 years of experience with rescue doxies, we have pretty strict criteria. Do you work from home/stay at home/work part time? Have a securely fenced yard? We do not place same gender dogs in a home unless they were raised together, and children need to be 12 or older (some exceptions IF the dog is a puppy or the child has been raised with a doxie). We prefer non smokers and a home with no other small animals (ferrets, hamsters, etc) Cats are on a case by case basis depending on the dog. Remember these are rescues, many were surrendered because of these issues.
