My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Horace is a big boy who is patiently awaiting his forever home! We first met him about a year ago, when he was rescued as a stray cat. He very much enjoys human interaction, especially neck rubs! Often, he will start kneading before you even pet him!

He is listed as special needs because he is FIV positive. This means that he may have a shorter life than a healthy cat would, and because he is immunocompromised, he is more susceptible to secondary illnesses and infections. This also means that he cannot live with cats who are not also FIV positive, as the disease is passed through bite wounds. But don't let that stop you from considering Horace! He is a wonderful cat, and would just love to meet you!

Horace is currently staying in a foster home, and does not live in our facility. If you are interested in meeting this handsome fellow, please contact us so that we can arrange a meeting!
