Rufus is a very handsome Husky, extremely people and children friendly.
Great energy, fast.
Being a Husky and true to his nature, he loves to run whenever the opportunity presents itself.
He does have a prey drive to cats, birds, rabbits. Since he is a Husky, he needs a yard with running room and/or plenty of exercise.
Rufus requires a property with secure fencing. He knows sit. Will give you his paw.
He crates and kennels very well. loves to be indoors. Not a big shedder.
He is up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, microchipped and County licensed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

RUFUS, a Peoria Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Peoria, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Peoria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Peoria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Peoria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Peoria paves the way for another one to be saved.
