Additional info: Mugsy is an all around sweet boy with no aggression whatsoever. He doesn't seem to mind being left alone, has no separation anxiety, and he gets along just fine with other dogs. He loves to be the center of attention and where the action is. He is a good boy, only crying occasionally when he isn't getting enough love. His temporary foster mom says he is the best little guy she's ever fostered!
