Eliza's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and not good with kids.

Eliza's Story...
Eliza is a pretty, almost 2 yrs. old, black and rust dobergirl. She has typical energy for her young age and good manners in the home. She needs continued work on basic commands and walking nicely on leash but is crate trained and well behaved when crated. Eliza forms strong attachments to her people and will need help in understanding you are not exclusively hers. In her foster home she gets along with the other large and small dogs, playing nicely with them in the yard. Eliza seems to quickly pick up on nervous or excited energy and will do best in a quieter home with calm, consistent, dog savvy owners. No younger children, please. Come and meet Eliza at our next adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eliza, a Columbus Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Columbus, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Columbus.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbus already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbus breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbus paves the way for another one to be saved.
