"My name is COOPER, and I'm a two-year-old Chihuahua mix boy who wants very badly to love and trust somebody. It has taken me quite a while to come to feel comfortable with the staff and volunteers here at the shelter, so it will take time for me to feel confident in whoever adopts me. Once that trust is established, I'll be an absolutely devoted friend. There's a playful and loving dog in me that wants so badly to come out. I just need to have very patient parents who are willing to take time to understand me. I'll need to be in a quiet, adult home, and I get along nicely with other respectful dogs.I've already been house trained and neutered. If you think that we're meant for each other, please come visit me at the El Cajon Animal Shelter. I'm a special boy with an endless supply of love. I hope to see you soon. Love, Cooper"
