for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Tucker's Info...

I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Tucker's Story...
Tucker is a lovely male pom mix. He is apprx. 20 pounds, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Tucker gets along great with dogs & kids but likes to chase kitty cats. Tucker came from a hoarding situation where he didn't have much socialization. His owner passed away and he suddenly found himself homeless in this big old world .He is learning confidence in his foster home however he would do best with an experienced and patient adopter who can continue his training in a loving forever home. He is a wonderful animal and will make a great pet for the right family/person. We prefer that Tucker go to a home with at least 1 other dog since he feels most comfortable with a K9 companion. This is a gentle boy, although he is easily frightened by new people he has never shown any sign of aggression. If you would like to give this sweet guy the loving forever home he truly deserves please contact us.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tucker, a Palmyra Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Palmyra, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Palmyra.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palmyra already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palmyra breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palmyra paves the way for another one to be saved.
