Facts about Tucker

  • Breed: Pomeranian Mix
  • Color: Red/Golden/Orange/Chestnut
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Male
Tucker is a lovely male pom mix. He is apprx. 20 pounds, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Tucker gets along great with dogs & kids but likes to chase kitty cats. Tucker came from a hoarding situation where he didn't have much socialization. His owner passed away and he suddenly found himself homeless in this big old world .He is learning confidence in his foster home however he would do best with an experienced and patient adopter who can continue his training in a loving forever home. He is a wonderful animal and will make a great pet for the right family/person. We prefer that Tucker go to a home with at least 1 other dog since he feels most comfortable with a K9 companion. This is a gentle boy, although he is easily frightened by new people he has never shown any sign of aggression. If you would like to give this sweet guy the loving forever home he truly deserves please contact us.

About Our Rescue Group...

Community Pet Care is an amazing group of volunteers headed up by Danielle Giano working in New Jersey and surrounding areas. We specialize in smaller dogs with manageable medical needs, rehabilitate them, and place them in new adoptive homes.

Community Pet Care aims to save lives while utilizing a community minded approach to rescue. We want to work hand in hand with other local rescues and make it easy for those who would like to give a loving forever home to a homeless pet.

Community Pet Care and Animal Welfare Society of NJ is a grassroots non-profit organization with a small group of dedicated and experienced animal advocates. We focus on our primary “fixer-upper”, smaller dogs, we always consider any animal in need. If we cannot personally provide assistance we will do whatever we can to assist those in need using our resources and numerous animal advocate friends and rescue contacts.
