Anubis's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Anubis's Story...
Anubis is one of the sweetest kittens ever!! He is only 13-14 weeks old, has been vaccinated, de-wormed and treated with flea preventative. He loves to rub up against anything he can reach. He is also a very playful, typical kitten. Really enjoys a good wrestle with his siblings! He actually seemed to like the big dog at his foster's house, he would most likely be fine with him after a time. Does not mind other "new" kittens at all. Anubis is so good... he uses his litterpan every time! If interested, please e-mail us for an adoption application. Adoption fee for Anubis is $100, but once we receive proof he has been neutered, you will receive a $50.00 refund. Let's get this handsome little guy adopted to the PURR-fect home!

Breed Selection is 'Best Efforts' by shelter staff, veterinarians and rescue volunteers. No guarantees are implied.

Cats are NOT to be de-clawed, and must remain indoor pets only.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Anubis, a Baltimore American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
