Hi, my name is Casper. Yes, like the friendly ghost. But I’m not a ghost. I am the real thing. I’m only about 3 years old and was originally adopted from the Manhattan, New York shelter. My journey in life brought me to Arkansas. But as we all know, the only thing certain in life is that life will change. I checked in at the Blue Moon a few days ago. I’m sure this is not where my journey will end either. I am one of the most polite, reserved, and well-mannered boys around.
