Can we say HAPPY!! Bagel is aporoximatrly 3 years old. Bagel has been with us some time now, and nobody has shown any interest in him. Probably because of the stereotype that follows his breed, but anyone who has a bully baby will tell you to forget that stereotype!! Bagel loves all dogs, people, and cats. He loves to play fetch, but is ALWAYS up to snuggle on the couch. He is an all around wonderful boy and is probably the smartest dog I have ever met. He is actually a trained detection dog that used to work in the prison system detecting cell phones and tobacco that had illegally been brought in. He is a TOTAL goof ball and keep you entertained for hours just watching him. He loves to take long walks and is very athletic. He would do very well with someone who likes to hike or run. He would be considered medium energy. He has the energy to keep up with a very active person, but is also a couch potato when he needs to be. I can't say enough good things about him. We actually just took these pictures while trying to get some adoption pictures of some other dogs. He is always up for a good photo op, so we took advantage. Bagel is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and kept on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. He is currently being fostered in Tennessee, but we will transport him out of state to an approved adopter. We have transport pick up locations in VA, MD, PA, NJ, and CT. Our adoption fee is $275.00 and the transport fee is $145.00. Please email us at brighthopeadoptions@gmail.com to receive an application.
