Ava's Story...
My name is Ava. My estimated age is 8 but my foster mom thinks I must be younger as I have the energy of a pup. I am black and tan with cropped ears and a docked tail. I love to play with balls, and chew on rawhides. I enjoy playing with other dogs, and I even like those crazy critters called cats :). I love all people too and I’m even good with children, since I’m a very easy gentle girl. When alone; I like to sleep in my crate. I like to spend nights there as well. The only things I do not like are thunder storms and lightening. Okay….I’m not crazy about rain either, but no girl wants to get her hair wet! I would love a permanent home - come meet me and you will fall in love with me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ava, a Arlington Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
