70 pounds of love. That's what Joey is. We rescued him from animal control where he was sure to have a sad fate. He is extremely handsome. Although he's a big boy, he's well behaved and curls up in a tight little ball in his cage for try to get cozy and comfort himself.

Joey knows "sit" and is people-oriented so will learn other tricks fast. He was born around July 2014 and is healthy.

About Homeless Pets Foundation

About Our Rescue Group...

The Homeless Pets Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1998 by Dr. Michael Good, an Atlanta veterinarian who saw a need to create an organization that could assist animal shelters and pet owners in need. In the Atlanta area alone, there are more than 100,000 animals destroyed each year for lack of a home. The Foundation provides critical medical care, food, foster care and comfort to these homeless animals.
