I am already spayed and up to date with shots.

Michelle's Story...
Michelle came to us, along with her sister Daisy. They were abandoned in a barn and being fed by kind strangers.

As Michelle didn't have a lot of experience with humans in a home environment, she was placed in a foster home with our behavior specialist. She has come along very nicely. She now loves attention! She enjoys patting and will follow you around the house to be with you.

She plays very well and will chase ball and mouse toys all throughout the house. Michelle enjoys carrying a variety of stuffed toys throughout the house and makes a comical sound while doing so. She also has a cute little habit of having her tongue stick out when she's happy or resting. This gentle sweetheart is now available for adoption!

If you would like more information or are interested in providing this sweet girl a fur-ever home, please contact Sonia at 416-771-5397.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Michelle, a Sunderland Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Sunderland, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Sunderland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sunderland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sunderland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sunderland paves the way for another one to be saved.
