My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Parker, a new and unusual addition to our FOTA family of fosters! Parker has a very long muzzle, as well as a lengthy body and rather short legs. Is he a Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen or just a happy accident of nature? We're not sure, but you can meet this delightful fellow at the Dog Adoption House, and decide for yourself. Parker is probably 1 to 2 years old, and fully grown at a low-riding 41 pounds. Parker is highly sociable with humans and with other dogs, and he's always on the lookout for fun and adventure. Here's what Parker's foster mom has to say about him, "Parker is totally house trained, loves my dog and is fine with my cat. He is a super lover boy who likes to put his big head in your lap for petting all the time. He sleeps through the night and is a real joy to foster." Parker is eager to start his new life with his new, forever family, so call (225) 205-9330 for more information about this FABULOUS fellow, or just stop in at the Dog Adoption House, 8476 Highland Road, and ask for Parker.

All dogs adopted through Friends of the Animals are current on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed or neutered prior to adoption. For more information about FOTA or to make a donation, please visit http://www.friendsoftheanimalsbr.org/.
