Melody's Story...
This precious little one was born just after being rescued from a very sad situation. There was an elderly couple in NC who got into trouble by not spaying/neutering their pet Persians. So, their numbers kept growing. Then, when the wife became ill they had to leave everyone behind. They tried to manage things as best they could but it really didn't go well and they agreed to let some good folks in their community help them. They have all been rescued and this little batch of "Doll Face" babies were born just after mom was rescued. They are a VERY playful little bunch! They will require an appropriate playmate, so if you don't have another kitten or puppy, be prepared to consider two. If you are interested, please contact us at FLUFFinfo@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Melody, a Nashville Persian kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Persian for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Persian kitten from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Persian breeders who help with Persian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
