My story

My name is Captain and I am a male Abyssinian-type kitten with a magnificent seal-brown ticked coat. The description of a purebred Abyssinian fits me to a tee: "He spends his days climbing up to high places, exploring every nook and cranny, and diligently supervising whatever it is that you’re doing. He does best with a person who spends a lot of time interacting with him. He is impressively athletic — jumping, climbing, and exploring. In other words, this is no lap cat..."
I came from a house overrun with cats and kittens so I did not get much personal attention in my earliest weeks. Now I live in foster care where I have lots of room to play and plenty of people to play with, but I still have to learn a few manners! I am highly intelligent, inquisitive and alert; I like to be with people and I like to be busy. I am litter-box trained and crate-trained. I am FeLV/FIV negative, have had a dose of flea/tick preventative, and my first shot. I need additional shots when you adopt me. My neuter at 6 months of age at a local veterinarian practice is covered by my adoption fee. I am a very happy and social guy with striking good looks! Please consider adopting me with one of my sisters to play with. I promise to keep you on your toes!
