Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Rex
Breed: Lab/Shepherd mix
Age: Young Adult
Gender: Male
Rex is a young adult male Lab/Shepherd mix, a goofy happy dog who gets along very well with cats and other dogs, loves kids. Rex came to us after his owner was caught beating him for swimming off following canoes down the river. He loves water and people, and left outside on his own he was finding his own fun. Rex shows zero side effects from his past home, he is very friendly and curious, loves people and doesn't seem to expect the worst from them. He lived with kids and other pets and did well. He is house trained, crate trained now in foster, and loves walks, car rides, and of course swimming. Rex came from a rural home and would need at least a yard in his new placement, he is used to some space. He's just a perfectly perfect family dog looking for a family to love. Rex is not available to adopt until August 20th.
Requirements: Yard in the home
