My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Clyde! He is a wonderful 6 year old, 72 lb. Border Collie/ Australian Shepard blend. Clyde and his littermate Bonnie came from a litter of 10 puppies from 2 purebred parents. They have lived with the same owner since they were tiny pups.

Traits true to both breeds include his beautiful long coat that will require routine grooming and his medium/high energy.

His favorite pass time is chasing the tennis ball with his sister, doing agility, going on walks, but most of all going for a swim afterwards in his doggy pool. He rides patiently in cars, does well at the dog park, and has been around children of all ages. He is currently in obedience school, and has impressed our volunteers with his prior knowledge of sit and down but does need work polishing his leash manners. He loves people and all he wants is someone to please. Clyde loves the outdoors but is a bit fearful of fireworks and would prefer to be inside with her owner during that time of year. He is a medium energy guy who also is content to lie quietly in the backyard and watch the wildlife. Clyde can be adopted separately or with his sister Bonnie. His foster mom says he is a wonderful companion dog and would be a great addition to the family.
