Husker's Info...

I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Husker's Story...
Husker is a very intelligent boy and loves to talk to you. He loves people and likes to be out and about. Husker is neutered and has all his vaccinations, etc. He is ready to go to "just the right family."
He is close to 2 years of age now, and wants a family that is active and has the ability to care for a special boy like Husker. These pictures were taken this winter, and we will have more new ones soon. I like the color of his coat against the snow, it shows just what a handsome boy he is.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Husker, a Walthill Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Walthill, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Walthill.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walthill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walthill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walthill paves the way for another one to be saved.
