Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This gorgeous girl is Tapir. She and her litter were dropped off at the humane society when they were only 4 weeks old. They came in hissing and swatting, and she is still learning to trust humans. She is very independent and prefers to do what she wants, when she wants. She does like being held, as it is still scary for her. She depends on her littermates for comfort, so she needs to be adopted with one. Her favorite activities in her foster home include romping around the house with her siblings and zooming up and down her cat tower. She met the resident dog and as long as he leaves her alone, she is ok. Because she prefers to take her time getting to know new humans, she will need an adult only home. Cats can live 15-20 years, so she and her siblings are looking for a long term commitment! If you think Tapir and one of her siblings would be a good fit for your household, fill out an application at the front desk!
