Meet Sammy! Sammy is a rat terrier/terrier mix who will remain a small dog as an adult, about 15 lbs. we believe. No guarantees on breed or size! These are our best guesses since we don't know anything about mom or dad. His estimated birth date is June 26, 2016. A little shy at first, Sammy is a sweet and playful puppy. He has a naturally cropped tail and loves to sit in a lap. Our vet believes Sammy has hydrocephalus, "water on the brain". We will know more soon on his diagnosis and prognosis. Regardless of both, Sammy deserves a wonderful, loving home that will care for him. We, and Sammy, are looking for that home and know it's out there. Because of his small size, he will not be adopted into homes with children under 10.Our adoptions are restricted to residents of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. We do not ship animals or do long distance adoptions. See our adoption policies for more details on our adoption process.
Our adoption events are held at the Petco located at 24413 Crenshaw Blvd., Torrance, CA Saturdays from 12pm to 3pm. We do not show our dogs any other time.
