He has so much energy and is not shy when it comes to making new friends. He is a bit of a jumper with built in springs in those legs. He likes to be held but will lick your face till your raw if you let him. Oscar likes children of all ages and likes to jump all over them and give them kisses! Oscar is not yet neutered and needs to be so he has a lower fee to reflect that. Oscar and Frank are brothers and would like to be adopted together but its not mandatory. They love being outside together and sleep together at night. They are house and crate trained. Please contact drnc.org and submit an application to meet Oscar.
