My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Petee was surrendered by his owner, along with Chica, due to health and financial reasons. They were living as outdoor dogs in a 10 x 10 pen in the back yard. Now that they are in foster care, they have been spayed and neutered, brought current on their shots and micro chipped.

Petee was a little thin when we got him, but his foster mom is feeding him the good stuff to put a little weight on him and he is loving it.

Petee has responded to being part of a family in a wonderful way.   They get along well with the 8 year old male doxie in the home and with all the family members and people who come to the home.    They are sweet, affectionate, smart, curious, and eager to please.   They love to eat and love to play and explore in the yard.  They love to go for walks.   They love to snuggle with each other and sleep under a blanket at night.   They are all doxie!  They are spayed and neutered, up to date on their shots and micro chipped and heartworm negative.

They will brighten up just the right forever family home where they will continue to need loving and gentle, patient and firm teaching of appropriate behaviors.  They are very teachable and very willing to please.   They should stay together as they are very good, bonded buddies and will help each other transition into a new family setting.

Their adoption fee is $200 each or both for $350.
