Pixie's Info...

Pixie's Story...
Pixie is a beautiful gray fat head with a lovely smile. She likes to show it off in selfies :)

Pixie loves her people hard -- like most Pitties! She loves to cuddle, give kisses, and roll over belly rubs. She's house trained, crate trained and loves going on walks. She's great on the leash and well-mannered in public, whether she's at the car wash or with foster dad on a patio having lunch. Pixie also sits politely at doorways before entering or exiting.

Pixie has lost nearly 20 pounds since arriving at BullsEye and she's feeling younger and healthier! She loves to play with other dogs. She's great with small dogs too but sometimes forgets she's bigger than they are. She's about 8 years old and 50 pounds.

Pixie is a special girl looking for a family to love her. Her adoption fee is $225 and requires an adoption application (bullseyerescue.com), interview and meet n greet, personal and vet references, and a home check. Due to our small size, we're unable to adopt out of state (located in Atlanta, Georgia).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pixie, a Atlanta Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
