Loki's Story...
Loki is a young adult male who likes to be where the action is! That means he'll probably follow you around the house to make sure he doesn't miss out on anything fun! Loki LOVES water so he won't hesitate to jump in the shower with you! He's approximately 1 1/2 years old, vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and litter box trained. Loki has the most amazingly soft fur! He is a young adult cat and does like to play, wrestle and chase so a house with another cat would be ideal. Contact SVFA at 840-5047 or visit our website at svfanimals.org for an “Adoption Application”.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Loki, a Valley City Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Valley City, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Valley City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Valley City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Valley City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Valley City paves the way for another one to be saved.
