Molly's Story...
Molly

This beautiful young girl is available for adoption in the Midwest and New England. Molly is about 1-2 years old and weighs in at about 60 pounds. Molly is an energetic girl and would love to part of an active family. She would do well with older children but may have too much energy for the younger ones. Molly would make a great running or hiking partner! She LOVES water in any form: ocean, lake, pond, river, vernal pool, puddle or bucket!!! Take her for a swim and she will entertain you with her antics and wear herself out.

Molly is good with other dogs and seems okay with cats but she may want to play with them. She is a smart girl and could be taught boundaries. Molly would benefit from some obedience training and needs some help with walking on a leash. She is crate trained and seems house trained.

Molly is a very, very sweet girl and has a great temperament! She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, on heartworm preventative and micro-chipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Brattleboro Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
