Ellie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Ellie's Story...
Ellie, or Ellie Bellie, as we lovingly call her, (she swears she is "fluffy" not "fat"), is quite possibly the happiest dog you will ever meet! Her rear end never stops wagging and she is just a ball of playful fun! She would do best in a home without cats, but does fine with other dogs and children. And if you are looking for unique markings, just check out that beautiful face!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ellie, a Fort Wayne Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Fort Wayne, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Fort Wayne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Wayne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Wayne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Wayne paves the way for another one to be saved.
