My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mariah was found tied to a tree in an alley with 10 puppies by her side.  She came to the attention of an HMF foster mom, who just knew she had to help the little mama and her family.  Mariah's foster mom does not think she ever lived in a house prior to joining the rescue, but she has quickly learned the ropes and is both housebroken and crate trained.

Mariah is the perfect balance of playful and calm.  She can race around with the other dogs in the yard and act like a clown, but she's just as likely to curl up with you on the couch.  Mariah loves people of all ages, even young toddlers, cats, dogs and rabbits.  She is approximately 1-2 years old and 40 pounds of love and would make a great addition to any home.

Mariah is a fence jumper when she is in a new home. She will need someone committed to giving her time to relax and adjust and staying with her until she overcomes her stress of moving to a new home. She has not jumped her foster mother's fence at all, but we know she is capable of this.

Mariah's adoption fee is $175 and includes spay, vaccinations, veterinary wellness exam, microchip and two-month's of heartworm preventative.
