RIKKO's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

RIKKO's Story...
I love this litter of three, they are the cutest little things. Rikko is a sweet, friendly and happy puppy…he is fairly active, and like most puppies his age, he loves to run and play with his siblings. This little guy is sure to bring about a lot of fun and cuddles to some lucky family. They are a Chihuahua/Pug mix, but they look more like a Chihuahua…I really don’t see much Pug in them. Rikko was born 5/19/16 making him 11 weeks old and weighing 6.8 pounds at the time of this posting (8/8/16). He has been neutered, fecal tested, microchipped, current on all vaccines, worming and on heartworm and flea prevention. He will be ready to leave the week of August 22nd. His adoption fee is $400.

Rikko is being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted he will be transported to his pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the New England area every week and his fee does include transportation.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

RIKKO, a Newburgh Chihuahua/Pug puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Pug for sale in Newburgh, or seeking a Chihuahua/Pug puppy from a breeder in Newburgh.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newburgh already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newburgh breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Pug breeders who help with Chihuahua/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newburgh paves the way for another one to be saved.
